𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Bachelor's degree in any major
2. Minimum 2 years in customer service, call center, or after-sales support (heavy equipment/automotive preferred)
3. Strong written and verbal communication across multiple channels (phone, email, apps, social media)
4. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
5. Skilled in administration (documentation, reporting, data entry, service orders)
6. Able to coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Finance)
7. Proficient in English
8. Willing to work fully onsite (WFO) at Kelapa Gading

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Handle customer requests and inquiries through hotline, email, social media, and customer apps
2. Provide accurate product and after-sales service information
3. Create and process service orders and coordinate with internal teams (parts & finance)
4. Record and follow up on complaints, feedback, and customer satisfaction surveys
5. Maintain service documentation and reporting, including monthly hotline bill submission
6. Support continuous improvement of customer service processes
