Job Description:
Develop and implement efficient, integrated supply chain strategies and systems.
Conduct forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and R&D.
Directly manage Purchasing and Vendor Management, including price negotiation, lead time, quality control, and supplier performance evaluation (local & import).
Oversee warehouse operations, stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO implementation, and space management.
Manage product distribution to marketplaces, stores, and B2B partners while meeting SLA targets.
Ensure import compliance, shipment documentation, and smooth delivery processes.
Analyze supply chain data and prepare monthly performance reports (forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, cost efficiency).
Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives for process and cost efficiency.
Develop and enforce SOPs across Purchasing, Warehouse, QC, and Logistics functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics (fashion/retail industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory control, and import processes.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under deadlines.
