Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/ in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering/Master's degree in Safety, Environmental Management, or Industrial Hygiene.
- Minimum 7–10 years in HSE roles, with at least 3–5 years in managerial or leadership positions. Proven experience in high-risk manufacturing industries.
- Has General OH&S Expert Certification (Ahli K3 Umum), Auditor certification for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian and International HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
- Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and SMK3 implementation.
- Competence in risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation, and emergency response planning.
- Strong Leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to develop and implement safety culture programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting tools. Capability in data analysis, machine learning and AI will be an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel and work in remote project sites.
- Strong commitment to ethical practices, integrity and anti-bribery compliance.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the HSE section and support the HSEQ department head in developing strategic safety objectives.
- Provide guidance and leadership to HSE coordinator.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, national, and international HSE regulations.
- Implement and enforce company HSE policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure that proper controls are implemented.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor HSE performance and prepare regular reports for segment and region.
- Analyze incident trends and develop improvement plans.
- Organize and facilitate HSE training programs and drills.
- Build HSE awareness and positive safety culture.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Conduct internal HSE audits and manage other relevant HSE audits.
- Perform regular site inspections and safety walkthroughs.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, emergency services, and other stakeholders as required.
- Communicate HSE requirements and initiatives across departments.
