We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Part-Time) to support the implementation of our leadership development program. This role involves coordinating people and processes to ensure that program activities run smoothly, learning materials and evaluations are delivered effectively, and all stakeholders (facilitators, co-facilitators, and scholars) are well supported throughout the learning journey.
The program will engage approximately 200 university students through a blended model of online and offline learning over 18 months. The expected workload is around 20 hours per week, though intensity may vary from week to week.
Program Coordination & Team Support
- Support the recruitment and selection of facilitators and co-facilitators.
- Maintain and regularly update the database of selected facilitators and co-facilitators.
- Establish and manage communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp groups) for facilitators, co-facilitators, and participant groups.
- Organize and deliver briefing sessions for facilitators and co-facilitators prior to learning sessions.
Learning Management System & Content Delivery
- Manage learning materials, assignments, and worksheets on the Learning Management System (LMS) in line with the program timeline.
- Send reminders to facilitators and co-facilitators to ensure timely assignment feedback and group meetings.
- Monitor participants' individual learning reports and track assignment progress.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Development team to prepare and deliver both online and offline activities.
Operations & Event Management
- Coordinate logistics for offline learning sessions, including venue, accommodation, and transportation.
- Provide on-site and/or virtual technical support during events (e.g., moderating, facilitating, MC, or managing Zoom sessions).
- Record participant attendance, conduct event evaluations, and prepare event implementation reports.
Monitoring & Communication
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among the Leadership Development team, facilitators, co-facilitators, and participants.
- Monitor task completion and follow up on pending actions to ensure program quality standards and timelines are met.
Program Reporting
- Prepare and submit the final program report.
- Compile individual participant reports based on facilitator input.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in program management and project coordination, preferably in leadership development or education programs.
- Proven ability to manage both online and offline learning events effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools (e.g., LMS, Zoom, MS Office).
