PT. Nipsea Paint and Chemicals is a leading company in the production and distribution of paints and chemicals. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Technical Manager GIU (General Industrial Use)/CCL (Continuous Coil Line) - Jakarta:
Responsibilities:
- Review and decide on product development and product specification according to customer requirement.
- Problem solving analysis to find root causes and also propose corrective action to ensure acumen solution for customer.
- Technical team daily operation and decision on job deployment among GIU (General Industrial Use)/CCL (Continuous Coil Line) technical team.
- Review and anlysis on conducting CR activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paint Technical supervisor or assistant manager. Having work experience in the ink or coating industry, or in product development field is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing subordinates.
- Capable of handling product development activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (active both spoken and written).
- Have a driving license (A).
