About the role

We are searching for a talented Mandarin Assistant Manager to join our team at PT. Sitoy Leather Products Indonesia in Kendal, Central Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our company's operations. As Mandarin Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and secretarial assistance to our executive team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel and meetings
  • Handling correspondence, drafting documents, and ensuring timely and effective communication in Mandarin and English
  • Assisting with the organisation and coordination of company events and functions
  • Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the company

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or office management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar assistant or secretarial role, preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
