ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're on the lookout for a bold, hands-on Assistant Store Manager who's hungry to grow and ready to lead.
You'll be developed intensively and fast-tracked to become a near-future Store Manager — someone who can lead a high-performance team, delight customers, and deliver day-to-day operational excellence.
This is a field-based, full-time role to be based across East and Central Java. You'll work closely with our VP of Operations, Store Manager and our Crew Operations Team — playing a critical role in delivering the Dikichi experience that wins customers' hearts (and cravings).
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee Daily Operations – Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store execution from open to close
Build & Lead the Crew – Coach crew members, uplift team performance, and onboard new hires with clarity and energy
Maintain Service Standards – Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met
Drive Performance – Help hit daily sales targets, manage shift plans, and control inventory efficiently
Manage Operational Costs – Take ownership of cost control and budgeting
Be a Problem Solver – Handle customer complaints, team issues, and daily challenges swiftly and calmly
Fast-Track to Store Manager – Follow a structured development plan designed to help you grow into a full Store Manager role
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major
- Have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, preferably in a well-known fast-food brand
- Are experienced in leading teams of 60+ crew members in a very high-volume store
- Are skilled in managing store operational costs and budgets
- Thrive in team-based environments and are ready to work with a strong work ethic
- Are communicative, energetic, reliable, proactive, and possess strong leadership qualities
- Are willing to work in shifts
- Are ready to join immediately and open to placement across all regions in Java .
