Acer Indonesia is looking for Branch Manager (East Java) to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
Minimum 10 years' experience in sales for IT/Consumer Electronic/Smartphone Industry (with 5 years' experience in the managerial position)
Having experience in leading a team
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Self driven, integrity, team player, assertive, and a go-getter

Responsibilities:

Creating & developing sales strategic & planning to hit or exceed revenue target all consumer product line.
Maintaining mutual business with existing channel and exploring new channel for expansion distribution coverage in area.
Identifying market movement, market data from independent 3rd parties to grow market share in area.
Planning and maintaining budget usage.
Monitoring and coordinating field force (Account Executive & Promoter) related store visibility.
Setting performance matrix (KPI), monitoring his/her team's performance result, and do mentoring process.
Handling East Java area.
