About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and analytical
PDCA Supervisor
to join our Operation Improvement team

If you thrive on solving problems, improving processes, and driving operational excellence — this role is for you. You'll be the key person ensuring the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle runs effectively across warehouse operations, coordinating SOP improvements, and monitoring compliance performance.

You'll work closely with warehouse and QA teams to identify improvement opportunities, support audits, and turn data-driven insights into actionable results.

What You'll Do

  • Implement and monitor the PDCA cycle across daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, and inventory).
  • Analyze operational performance to identify gaps and recommend improvement actions.
  • Coordinate SOP drafting, review, and updates with related departments.
  • Follow up on audit findings, incidents, and deviations to ensure timely closure.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support improvement projects focused on process efficiency, compliance, and accuracy.
  • Prepare and validate operational reports with high accuracy.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-based decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, process improvement, or quality management.
  • Strong understanding of PDCA, Lean, and RCA methodologies.
  • Familiar with warehouse SOPs, audit processes, and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable analyzing operational data.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills — able to work across teams and levels.
  • Open to a hybrid working model (office + site visits).
