Job Description
- Identify potential business opportunities by acquiring merchants (online) and payment gateway, local and overseas, for ShopeePay and other SoF available (SPayLater & Seabank).
- Assist merchants and payment gateway partners, end-to-end, from onboarding and integration to the activation process.
- Managing and growing the merchants and payment gateway through marketing activity and collaboration to promote ShopeePay and other SoF available (SPayLater & Seabank) to drive revenue and profitability of the partners by providing a regular performance review.
- Build strong coordination with internal stakeholders from the product, marketing, operations, legal, finance, and other teams.
- Continuously identify business opportunities to improve ShopeePay and other SoF available (SPayLater & Seabank) products, focus on business-centric and customer-centric initiatives, roll out to understand partners' needs, improve customer experience, and drive the number of transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and Master's degrees in any field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and driven both in English and Bahasa.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in business development and partnership in the fintech industry
- Data-driven knows how to operate pivot tables and translate to decks for reporting purposes to external partners.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strategic thinking and a team player.
- Fast learner and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated, team player, and target-driven individual.
