Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the end-to-end procurement activities across the organization, ensuring strategic sourcing, cost efficiency, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Lead procurement transformation and digitalization initiatives.
Ensure procurement supports business growth and sustainability goals.
Team & People Management
Lead, mentor, and develop procurement teams across units.
Set KPIs and conduct performance evaluations.
Supplier & Contract Management
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term agreements.
Oversee vendor performance evaluations and risk assessments.
Process & Compliance
Ensure procurement complies with internal policies, legal standards, and ESG principles.
Oversee procurement audit readiness and documentation.
Cost & Value Optimization
Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing and spend analysis.
Monitor market trends to manage price volatility and risk.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with business units to understand needs and develop sourcing plans.
Engage cross-functional teams in project procurement planning.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 10–15 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership
Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Deep understanding of procurement tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, eAuction)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Senior General Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia, responsible for leading the overall procurement function of the organization. This role ensures the efficient acquisition of goods and services, strategic supplier partnerships, cost optimization, contract negotiation, and compliance with corporate policies and regulations. The role plays a critical part in aligning procurement strategies with business goals, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement across sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes.

- Expertise in property development, real estate management, and implementation of operational processes
- Proficiency in technology integration, digital ecosystems, and tech-led property solutions
- Proven abilities in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Sound business acumen, decision-making, and ability to drive business performance
- Experience in project management and execution of large-scale initiatives
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related fields; an advanced degree or equivalent certifications are advantageous
- Familiarity with the telecommunications or technology sector is a plus
