Qualifications :
- 2–4 years of experience in photography and videography (agency or in-house experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing product photography, commercial shoots, and video work across platforms
- Proficient in using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, microphones
- Ability to direct shoots and communicate effectively with non-professional talents
- Basic understanding of video editing workflows
- Creative eye for composition, color, and storytelling
- Willing to work on-site or off-site depending on shoot requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Must have technical skill and a good eye — from directing shoots and handling camera equipment to collaborating with editors and producing professional, high-quality content for all digital platforms.
- Plan, execute, and manage photo and video shoots for product marketing, social media, e-commerce, and company branding.
- Capture high-quality product photos and lifestyle visuals that align with brand aesthetics and platform requirements.
- Conduct on-site video shoots (including company profile, YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and promotional content).
- Direct and guide talents during shoots to achieve desired performance and tone.
- Communicate clearly with team members and on-camera talents to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
- Operate and maintain various camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio tools.
- Collaborate closely with video editor to ensure consistency, storytelling quality, and brand alignment.
