Responsibilities:
- Responsible for influencer (KOL) acquisition, engagement, contract negotiation, scheduling, and content implementation on e-commerce short video and other channels; explore innovative collaborations, proactively develop new projects and cooperation models, and be accountable for departmental revenue, profit, and other performance targets.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive KOL database; monitor and evaluate cooperation outcomes; promote and maintain brand partnerships.
- Collect, organize, and analyze livestreaming and influencer marketing data; be accountable for GMV and ROI performance.
- Organize, establish, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of experience in FMCG or skincare categories; proven successful project experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, coordination, team management, and innovative learning abilities.
- Clear operational thinking with a profit-oriented mindset, strong data analysis skills, and a solid understanding of e-commerce operations.
- Clear and long-term career planning.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or overseas study experience is a plus.
