PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Chief Financial Officer – Retail with the following details:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional certification (CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role within the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in both English is required and proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Proven expertise in retail financial management, including inventory control, cost optimization, supply chain finance, and retail pricing strategies.
  • Strong network and exposure to landlord–tenant management and retail operating models.
  • In-depth knowledge of product expiry lifecycle and inventory management in the retail sector.
  • Established connections with principals and buyers to support retail growth and negotiation.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems and financial tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide finance and accounting teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business expansion.

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and management to support retail business growth.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for both offline and online retail operations.
  • Monitor store-level financial performance, providing analysis on sales, margins, and operational costs.
  • Develop financial strategies to optimize inventory management, supply chain efficiency, and working capital.
  • Partner with landlords, tenant management teams, and retail partners to optimize financial and lease arrangements.
  • Oversee inventory management and product expiry lifecycle to minimize losses and ensure accurate valuation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals and buyers to support procurement strategies and business negotiations.
  • Provide financial insights to the executive team for strategic decision-making and retail operating model improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to deliver high performance.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
