Merancang arsitektur front-end mobile dan standar coding.
Melakukan code review, technical guidance, dan mentoring anggota tim.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim backend, QA, UI/UX, dan product owner.
Mengawasi proses pengembangan dalam sprint agile.
Menjamin keamanan, performa, dan stabilitas aplikasi mobile.
Mendukung technical decision-making dan penyelesaian issue di production.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimal 4–6 tahun pengalaman sebagai React Native Developer, termasuk pengalaman memimpin tim.
Wajib : pengalaman mengerjakan aplikasi perbankan/fintech.
Menguasai React Native & TypeScript.
Menguasai state management (Redux/Redux Toolkit).
Memahami lifecycle React Native, optimalisasi performa, dan troubleshooting hooks.
Berpengalaman membuat fitur security front-end (secure storage, SSL pinning, session handling, dsb.).
Nilai tambah: pengalaman OTA (Over-The-Air update) seperti CodePush.
Familiar dengan integrasi REST API/GraphQL.
Terbiasa bekerja dalam lingkungan agile dan CI/CD.
Kemampuan komunikasi, problem-solving, dan leadership yang kuat.
