Job Qualificatios :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project administrator (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel for business trips out of town and to remote areas.
- Skilled in using applications related to Project Administration.
- Able to work in a team and under pressure.
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and organized in documentation.
Job Descriptions :
- Support the smooth execution of project administration from start to finish.
- Prepare and manage project documents (Minutes of Meeting, progress reports, official records, etc.).
- Organize activity schedules and coordinate with the project team.
- Draft meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Monitor administrative progress and project reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for supporting documents.
- Assist in data collection for project reporting purposes.
