Main Responsibilities
Lead the development of annual forecasts and market share projections
Build, automate and optimize Power BI dashboards and reporting systems
Ensure data accuracy across SAP, DIS, and PBI platforms
Collaborate with global, regional, and local stakeholders for data-driven decision-making
Mentor and develop a team of Sales Analysts
Drive reporting process improvements and sales process optimization
Candidate Criteria
Minimum 8 years in sales business analytics or related roles
At least 2 years in a managerial position
Experienced in automation of reports
Strong business acumen and technical proficiency in analytics tools
Experience in FMCG sales is a strong plus
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and SAP
Tools Provided: Laptop
Contract: Full-time
