Manage the overall logistics/warehouse management and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the logistics/warehouse operations
Develop and implement procedures, workflows and control systems to ensure the smooth flow of inventory and distribution activities
Plan, implement and monitor strategies for optimized utilization of space and delivery of goods
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity goals and maintain a safe work environment
Maintain and control the safety, hygiene, and security standards of the warehouse
Compile daily reports and statistics
Perform other duties assigned by management
Constantly look into cost savings and process improvement opportunities, and develop execution plans
Job Requirements:Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role in FMCG Company (F&B experience is an advantage)
Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, cycle counting, cost estimation, stock management (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO) and 3PL management
Proficiency in WMS, ERP and MS Excel
Ability to lead and manage individuals or team, to achieve set goals and objectives
Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare accurate reports
Literate in speaking and writing in English
