Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirementsand technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement web-based, desktop, or mobile applications according to user needs.
- Integrate systems with other platforms such as ERP, HRIS, or manufacturing systems
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, user manuals, and operational guides.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance existing systems or create new solutions.
- Ensure system and data security according to the company's IT policies.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical support and training for end-users as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in system development
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
