JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Able to read and interpret architectural drawings accurately.
Proficient in AutoCAD for reviewing or analyzing technical drawings.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical, logical, and mathematical skills for cost and price estimation.
Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work collaboratively across teams.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
:

Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams to prepare price proposals for customers.
Create price quotations (quotation/final price) for sales projects based on architectural drawings provided by the Sales Project team.
Prepare and update the quotation summary sheet for ongoing project follow-ups.
Ensure that the price estimations are accurate and aligned with the technical specifications and customer requirements.
Provide pricing data and analytical support to the Sales team during negotiation or tender processes.
