  • Deliver classroom and on-the-job training to store staff strictly following approved curricula/SOPs
  • Coach on the floor (demo - practice - feedback) until store staff meet standard work and safety/food-safety requirements
  • Assess and certify store staff competency; record results and assign refreshers as needed
  • Plan and coordinate training schedules with Operational Managers; ensure venues, tools, and materials are ready
  • Complete attendance, scores, and CAPA documentation within 24 hours; escalate recurring gaps to content owners

  • Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience as a Trainer in an F&B Company

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence
  • Excellent communication & training skills
  • Possession of a training certificate is a plus
  • Willing to travel out of town if required
