About the Role
: The Cost Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing daily operational costs to ensure budget adherence.

Responsibilities
:

  • Monitor and analyze daily operational costs to ensure budget adherence.
  • Prepare comprehensive cost analysis reports covering food & beverage, inventory, and waste management.
  • Collaborate closely with purchasing, finance, and kitchen departments to optimize cost control measures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve resource utilization and reduce waste.

Qualifications
:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cost control, preferably within food & beverage or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
