: The Cost Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing daily operational costs to ensure budget adherence.

- Prepare comprehensive cost analysis reports covering food & beverage, inventory, and waste management.
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, finance, and kitchen departments to optimize cost control measures.
- Identify opportunities to improve resource utilization and reduce waste.
Qualifications
:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in cost control, preferably within food & beverage or hospitality sectors.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
