Responsible for carrying out day-to-day operational activities to ensure that all project deliverables for customers are executed in accordance with the agreed contract and KPIs. This role also includes preparing and submitting regular reports to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Support for project activity needs to ensure smooth daily operations, with a focus on project performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of all project requirements.
- Prepare and submit monthly operational fund requests and perform settlements.
- Handle revenue accruals and estimate project volumes accurately.
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PR), Reservation Slips (RS), and Work Orders (WO) accurately and on time.
- Process orders and monitor progress through to Proof of Delivery (POD) completion.
- Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent.
- Willing to work on site if needed.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Logistics is preferred.
