Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communication, preferably in the F&B, Hospitality, or Retail industry.
- Experience in Radio or Broadcasting is an advantage.
- Proficient in writing press releases, company profiles, and communication content in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with media, communities, and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in public speaking, event management, and crisis communication.
- Capable of managing corporate brand image across digital and traditional channels.
- Creative, proactive, communicative, and well-connected.
- Must be based in Bandung.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR and corporate communication strategies.
- Write and distribute press releases, articles, company profiles, and other communication materials in Indonesian and English.
- Manage media relations and maintain strong relationships with journalists, communities, and external stakeholders.
- Support brand image management through digital and conventional communication channels.
- Organize press events, media gatherings, and corporate activities.
- Serve as spokesperson when required and handle crisis communication effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing regular reports and insights.
