About the role
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to gain practical experience in the supply chain function of a leading industrial services company. As a Supply Chain Intern, you will be based in our South Jakarta office and play a vital role in supporting invoice management, document verification, and vendor coordination processes.
What you'll be doing
- Receive invoices and delivery notes from suppliers
- Follow up with suppliers on outstanding invoices for delivered Purchase Orders (PO)
- Verify invoice accuracy along with all required supporting documents
- Perform three-way matching between PO quantity, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) quantity, and Delivery Order
- Scan and archive all invoices and supporting documents in a shared folder
- Input and submit vendor invoices in the ERP system for payment
- Manage and update the invoice report on a regular basis
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration (preferred)
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
- At least passively proficient in English (written and reading comprehension)
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and eager to learn
- Interested in developing a career in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
