Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Utility Supervisor (compressor, boiler, RO, WTP, etc.).
Strong understanding of electrical systems and SLD.
Skilled in preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment.
Good knowledge of instrumentation (sensors, flow meters, pressure switches, etc.).
Able to lead a team and willing to work shifts.
Experienced in cost-saving and energy efficiency programs.

Job Description:

Supervise and control daily operations of utility systems (compressor, boiler, RO, WTP).
Monitor and report machine performance and energy consumption.
Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
Provide technical and facility support for plant operations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations (K3).
Lead efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives across utility operations.
