JOB DESCRIPTION

  • All aspects of both academic and non-academic quality, including learning quality, student achievement, student welfare and safety, hygienic environment, personal development and school's events management.
  • Plans and facilities a well-balanced daily programme for children within the framework of curriculum.
  • Carries out the curriculum activities within the parameters of teaching procedures and strategies and regularly observes and record observations of children to develop children's developmental profile and portfolio.
  • Maintain open communications and good relations with parents to facilitate consistency and continuity in care and education of children.
  • Conduct in-centre sharing session, holds regular section meetings with the other programme staff to discuss brainstorm, clarify, agree on, resolve and inform on curriculum-relate matters (class teacher).
  • Participates in all organization and centre's activities including plans annual concert item
  • Deals with class administration e.g. ensuring official memos to parents be disseminated, ensuring proper use of class attendance, etc.
  • Plans and project the types of resources, support and training needed and submit to Principal/Director.
  • Plans, provide and ensure a safe and stimulating environmnet for children to work and play in. This includes setting up learning centres with appropriate materials.
  • Report and discuss with Senior Teacher/head Teacher/Principal problems relating to children, parents and classroom.
  • Maintain open communications and good relations with parents to facilitate consistency and continuity in care and education of children.
  • Carry out proper implementation of projects, new initiatives and communications the progress to Senior Teacher/Head Teacher/Principal
  • Guide and supervise Assistant Teachers in carry out programme including performs duties of Assistant Teachers if there is no Assistant Teacher.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably Philippine or Singaporean.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Good Classroom Management, Strong Analytical Skill in Teaching, Computer Literate, Multiple Priorities Management,
  • Willing to have good relationship with Students and Parents, have good communication.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Education or equivalent.
