Job Description
As a Software QA at Zettabyte, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and performance of our software products. You'll design and execute tests, identify and document bugs, and work closely with developers and product teams to deliver reliable, user-friendly systems that improve education through technology.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong skills in creating checklists, test plans, test cases, and maintaining regression tests
- Solid understanding of the bug life cycle and reporting process
- Knowledge or experience with automation tools such as Cypress, JMeter, or Jest (considered a plus)
- Familiarity with basic programming/scripting and understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (considered a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute detailed checklists, test cases, and test plans
- Conduct manual and automated tests based on the prepared materials
- Identify, document, and report bugs or issues during testing
- Generate and maintain test reports for the tested features or modules
- Provide feedback and recommendations on functionality, usability, and performance
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure issues are properly addressed
- Contribute ideas to improve testing processes and software quality
