Job Description
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies to grow brand presence and audience engagement, especially on Instagram.
- Plan and publish creative, brand-aligned content that suits the unique characteristics of each platform (visuals, captions, videos, stories, etc.).
- Analyze performance data to evaluate content effectiveness and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Interact with followers regularly, reply to comments/messages, and build a strong, positive online community.
- Keep up with trends in social media, beauty, and wellness to ensure content stays fresh and relevant.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and creators to develop consistent and visually appealing campaign materials.
- At least 2 years of experience managing social media, preferably in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a closely related field.
- Strong knowledge of beauty/wellness trends and how consumers engage with digital content in this space.
- Proven ability to create scroll-stopping content and engaging campaigns that boost visibility and interaction.
- Hands-on experience making short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Willingness to monitor social media outside regular hours, especially when immediate responses or trend-based posts are needed.
