We're looking for a highly motivated professional who can manage, grow, and strengthen relationships with major modern trade accounts. You will be responsible for developing joint business plans, executing in-store excellence, and ensuring that our products are effectively represented and performing at their best across key retail touchpoints.
As a key Account Executive, you will leverage your deep understanding of retail operations, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making to drive sales performance and sustainable growth.
About the role
Join KARDINAL as a Key Account Executive based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta ID. This is a full-time opportunity to play a key role in growing and managing the company's strategic key accounts.
What you'll be doing
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between the key clients and company.
- Plan strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfactions, using analytical skills for data and trend analysis while effectively manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Skillfully manage budgets for key account activities, utilizing budget management expertise to optimize both profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Adeptly address challenges and obstacles in the key account management process
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients and capable to navigate complex negotiations and close deals.
- Consistently prepare, compile, and present monthly progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordination with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to key accounts including working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (3+ years) in account management or key account sales within the Sales industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Proficient in data analysis and presenting insights to drive business decisions
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
