Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include preparing client reports, managing account budgets, and coordinating with other departments to deliver comprehensive service to clients. Additionally, the Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working towards achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Experience in account management and budgeting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the financial technology sector is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
