Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate import and export shipments, including documentation and customs clearance
Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and customs agents
Monitor cargo movement and ensure timely delivery to clients
Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate records of shipments
Controlling the implementation of occupational safety and health operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from any related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
Strong understanding of shipping procedures in the field / customs / warehouse /LCL /FCL
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Familiarity with freight software and Microsoft Office tools
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
