Job Description:
1.Manage all aspects of branch operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and compliance
Provide leadership and direction to the branch team, motivating and developing staff to achieve their full potential for Sales achieve the target, Operation performs satisfaction service and Administration matters.
Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving escalated issues and ensuring a positive client experience
Give excellent advice to Top Management for business expansion and maintain good profit.
Monitor branch performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement sales programs and sales strategies to achieve sales volume
Make daily, weekly, monthly reports
Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager in Retail Industry (point plus)
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing operational performance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Proficient in using forwarding/logistics management software and IT systems
Thorough understanding of logistics processes, inventory management and supply chain operations
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract
