- Track sales KPIs (e.g., sell‑through rate, GMV, return rate) and conduct regular reviews to optimize product selection (replenishment or discontinuation).
- Drive product improvements (e.g., formula upgrades, packaging enhancements) based on market feedback.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Marketing, or Chemistry/Cosmetics Science.
- Language Proficiency : Fluent in Indonesian and English. Chinese is a plus.
- Experience : 2+ years in cosmetics procurement, with deep knowledge of Indonesian local supply chain. Experience in cross‑border procurement (China‑Indonesia) and co‑branded product development is preferred.
- Familiarity with cosmetics/daily‑use product specifics (ingredient compliance, shelf‑life management, seasonal demand).
- Understanding of Indonesia regulations (FDA cosmetic registration, import labeling requirements).
- Strong cost analysis (BOM breakdown, logistics cost optimization) and data tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Expertise in negotiation tactics (BATNA) and contract risk management.
- Cultural sensitivity: Adapt to China‑Indonesia business practice differences.
- Resilience: Handle peak‑season inventory surges or supply chain disruptions.
