Key responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations.
  • Assist the team in preparing and processing invoices accurately and on time.
  • Organise and maintain physical and digital filing of documents to ensure proper record management.

Requirements:

  • SMA/SMK graduate, preferably from Accounting, Administration, or a related major (All majors are welcome to apply).
  • Able to manage daily administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Willing to work from office (WFO).
  • Eager to learn and proactive in supporting team activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas, sorting, and basic data management.
