Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Assist the team in preparing and processing invoices accurately and on time.
- Organise and maintain physical and digital filing of documents to ensure proper record management.
Requirements:
- SMA/SMK graduate, preferably from Accounting, Administration, or a related major (All majors are welcome to apply).
- Able to manage daily administrative tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks.
- Willing to work from office (WFO).
- Eager to learn and proactive in supporting team activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas, sorting, and basic data management.
