Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major (Administration, Business, or Law preferred)
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) — must be able to translate documents and interpret conversations/meetings
  • Strong administrative skills and experience in handling documentation, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, and trustworthy
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email Management, Calendar Management)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Lawyers
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, organize appointments, and handle business travel arrangements
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain correspondence, documents, and filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Translate documents and interpret conversations (Mandarin–Indonesian–English)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and communication professionally
  • Assist in drafting simple letters and internal memos
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and external parties in a professional manner
  • Ensure confidentiality of documents and sensitive information
  • Support office operational tasks when needed
