Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
- Demonstrates strong technical skills in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Familiar with Sidel, Tetra Pak, GEA, and Filling Aseptic machines.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and maintenance software.
- Willing to work in shifts when required.
- Placement: Factory Cicurug/Cikarang/Jakarta.
Job Description:
- Oversee and ensure smooth operations within the production area.
- Develop work plans and maintenance schedules for production machinery.
- Monitor maintenance activities for production machines and equipment.
- Record and report operational parameters.
- Maintain accurate breakdown maintenance data to support continuous improvement.
- Manage spare parts inventory as well as maintenance and repair costs.
