About the Role

Rosé All Day is on the lookout for a Key Account Manager – Shopee who's ready to drive growth through smart commercial planning, sharp analytics, and hands-on execution. You'll lead the end-to-end management of our Shopee Mall business — from campaign and ads strategy, product assortment, and pricing optimization to livestream and affiliate growth — ensuring we hit bold sales targets while keeping profitability in check.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Sales Growth

  • Create and execute a
    360° commercial and marketing plan
    for Shopee, covering platform campaigns, promotional mechanics, bundles, vouchers, and exposure programs.
  • Drive
    Shopee Mall performance
    to achieve 100% of sales targets, balancing aggressive growth with healthy profitability.
  • Strategize and optimize
    product assortment, pricing, and promotion strategy
    tailored to Shopee shopper behavior, campaign calendar, and platform algorithms.
  • Maintain a
    healthy P&L
    for the Shopee channel, ensuring sustainable margin while scaling GMV and share of sales.

Campaign & Ads Management

  • Plan and execute always-on campaigns (Flash Sales, Vouchers, Bundles, Category Campaigns, Mega Campaigns such as 9.9 / 10.10 / aligned with Shopee's campaign mechanics and marketing calendar.
  • Manage Shopee In-App Ads and CPAS strategies in collaboration with the Digital Ads team — optimizing bidding, targeting, and creative performance to maximize ROI and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign and ad performance (CTR, CR%, CPC, ROAS, GMV) and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop product assets and content tailored to Shopee's discovery and conversion algorithms.
  • Stay updated on Shopee platform trends and competitor movements to identify new opportunities for visibility and sales growth.

Store Operations & Optimization

  • Oversee daily store operations including
    listing accuracy, content optimization, price monitoring, and stock management
    .
  • Ensure all
    product detail pages (PDP)
    , visuals, and descriptions adhere to brand guidelines and Shopee standards.
  • Monitor
    store health metrics
    (chat response rate, cancellation rate, customer reviews) and coordinate with the Customer Service and Operations teams to maintain platform compliance and store reputation.

Livestream & Affiliate Channel Growth

  • Collaborate with the
    Livestream team
    to execute live shopping strategies that drive engagement and conversion — including scheduling, product selection, campaign integration, and sales target setting.
  • Monitor livestream KPIs such as
    viewership, CR%, GMV/hour
    , and optimize tactics (hosts, time slots, content format) to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Partner with the
    Affiliate team
    to grow Shopee affiliate revenue by optimizing
    commission rates, bundles, and voucher mechanics
    that attract and retain top-performing affiliates.
  • Identify high-potential livestream hosts and affiliate partners, and develop
    coordinated initiatives
    (e.g., affiliate-exclusive livestreams, campaign tie-ins) to amplify results.
  • Ensure alignment between
    Shopee platform campaigns
    ,
    livestream activities
    , and
    affiliate programs
    to deliver a consistent and high-impact customer journey.

Cross-Functional & External Collaboration

  • Partner with
    Shopee's Relationship Manager and category team
    to maximize platform exposure, campaign slots, and participation in key events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — Creative, Marketing, Digital Ads, Supply Chain, and Finance — to ensure full alignment of sales strategies and operational readiness.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to management, turning data (sales, ads, campaign ROI) into clear growth action plans.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    e-commerce or key account management
    , ideally with exposure to Shopee Mall or similar marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing
    end-to-end campaign execution
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Shopee Ads (In-App/CPAS)
    , campaign submissions,
    livestream
    , or
    affiliate operations
    is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of
    Shopee mechanics
    (campaign submission, Flash Sale setup, voucher & bundle systems, Ads optimization, affiliate program, and livestream tools).
  • Data-driven mindset
    with strong analytical skills: able to interpret sales dashboards, Ads performance metrics, and competitive data.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel/Google Sheets
    (pivot tables, reports) and presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
  • Solid business acumen to manage P&L, pricing, discount strategy, and assortment profitability.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with
    Shopee category managers
    and internal teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
