Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering, Management, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment (Garment or Textile manufacturing).
- Strong understanding of color assessment and testing performance standards & manuals.
- Familiar with business operations, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Quality Documentation: Prepare, finalize, and deliver test reports (both hard and soft copies).
- Ensure Quality Control: Oversee all lab tests and raw material inspections to ensure strict adherence to established standards and correct procedures.
- Approve Incoming Materials: Verify and approve the quality of all incoming raw materials against standard specifications.
- Manage Lab Environment & Stock: Maintain laboratory conditions (especially temperature/humidity) and monitor stock levels of chemicals and consumables.
- Coordinate Operations: Liaise with all departments (e.g., Warehouse, Planning, Sourcing) to ensure smooth material flow and that overall quality/quantity outputs are met.
- Manage Resources: Allocate manpower, machinery, and tools to efficiently balance workloads and meet customer requirements.
- Handle Color Assessment: Conduct Color Assessment and make final Color Approval decisions based on standard requirements.
- Update ERP: Enter all color comments and testing results into the SAP system.
