About the role

As a Personal Assistant to the Board of Directors (BOD), you will play a vital role in supporting the executive leadership team and ensuring the smooth running of the company's day-to-day operations. This full-time position is based in our office in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the BOD, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication and correspondence
  • Coordinating and organising events, meetings, and other BOD-related activities
  • Assisting with research, analysis, and the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems
  • Providing general office support as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Able to speak basic Mandarin
