Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Localization

  • Master platform algorithms (TikTok/Instagram/WhatsApp/FB/Youtube) to design content strategies aligned with Indonesian user preferences, boosting visibility and engagement.
  • Track local trends, cultural events (e.g., Ramadan, Independence Day), and viral topics to create high-resonance content that amplifies brand voice.
  • Produce and edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) independently, ensuring creativity and cultural relevance.

Competitor Analysis & Innovation

  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify content innovation opportunities.
  • Build/maintain a local KOL database, design collaboration campaigns, and nurture long-term partnerships to expand brand reach.

Community Engagement & User Management

  • Proactively engage followers via comments, DMs, and interactive content (Q&A, polls) to foster loyalty.
  • Address user inquiries promptly while upholding brand voice and image.

Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs (follower growth, impressions, reach, engagement rates) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Continuously refine content strategies based on data to maximize social ROI.

Qualifications

Essentials

  • 3+ years managing Indonesian social media accounts with proven success on TikTok/Instagram/WhatsApp.
  • Advanced video shooting/editing skills is preferred
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken).
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian cultural nuances, trend, and user behaviors.

Preferred

  • Background in international company, FMCG, Cosmetics, Fashion industry are preferred
  • Existing network of Indonesian KOLs/influencers with case studies.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta, Google Analytics, etc).
