Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies to ensure a diversified, localized, and differentiated content offering.
  • Plan and manage content release schedules in alignment with business goals.

Content Operations Management

  • Oversee the entire content lifecycle, including onboarding, refreshing, and retiring content.
  • Analyze user behavior and performance data to optimize engagement and content effectiveness.

Partnerships & Acquisition

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international content providers.
  • Lead negotiations on content acquisition and licensing, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with market demand.

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and mentor a content operations team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, marketing, and sales teams to drive strategic outcomes.

Localization & Market Insights

  • Gain a deep understanding of local culture and audience preferences, particularly within the Indonesian market.
  • Design content strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to local market needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Min. 5+ years of experience in OTT operations, digital media, or streaming services.
  • Strong knowledge of the OTT, streaming, or media industries
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with OTT analytics tools, CMS, and ad management platforms is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
