- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand data needs.
- Partner with Sales and Operation Analyst to link marketing impact with sales
- Collaborate with Data Analyst to collect, clean and consolidate marketing data from multiple sources, including digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce, website analytics, CRM), offline campaigns (in-store activations, events, traditional media) and external data (market research, survey).
- Develop dashboards and performance reports that track campaign KPIs, including but not limited to, Net Marketing Attributed Revenue, ROI, ROAS, conversion metrics, NPS, Share of Voice, Market Share and competitive landscape, Brand Awareness, etc.
- Integrate marketing KPIs into broader performance dashboards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Support segmentation and targeting strategies using data-driven insights.
- Deliver recurring reports to marketing teams in a clear and actionable format.
- Highlight anomalies, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement in business reviews.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Benchmark marketing performance against industry trends and competitors where possible.
- Compile industry reports and insights to support planning and campaign development.
- Support marketing in budget allocation and optimization decisions through data-driven recommendations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field;
- Has at least 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, digital marketing performance analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role (experience at top-tier market research firms, retail, or FMCG preferred).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, or equivalent), excel and storytelling with data.
- Experience in digital analytics platforms (marketplace dashboards, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Familiarity with sales funnels, marketing KPIs and customer behavior metrics.
- Knowledge in SQL or Python/R data analysis is a plus.
- Ability to synthesize both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and storytelling skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex findings in a simple way.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in identifying business questions.
