Job Description
- Maintain and enhance the functionality and stability of back‑end services in a live production environment.
- Collaborate closely with project development teams and DevOps to ensure goal alignment and consistent source code management.
- Support day‑to‑day IT operations by identifying and fixing bugs, while ensuring the overall health of back‑end systems.
- Provide essential back‑end support to operations teams by assisting in troubleshooting and resolving daily operational issues.
- Analyze and resolve bugs in production systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Manage ongoing maintenance tasks, including deploying necessary code changes in a structured manner.
- Ensure the stability and integrity of the back‑end production environment and collaborate with relevant teams to address issues effectively.
- Remain on‑call and ready to troubleshoot and resolve emerging issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, delivering clear and concise updates on incidents, root causes, action plans, and resolution timelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Has 3-5 years of proven experience in backend development
- Strong proficiency in the “Golang” programming language
- Experience in both MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB/NoSql
- Understanding of production environment management and experience with hotfix deployment
- Experience with working in a 24/7 operational environment
- Ability to effectively analyze and fix bugs in a production environment
- Strong understanding of system synchronization and the ability to align goals and source code effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, also strong collaboration skills
- Willing to Work From Office (Not Hybrid)
