Gontran Cherrier Senopati sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Sous Chef di Rw. Bar., Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.

Persyaratan untuk peran ini:

  • Tersedia jam fleksibel
  • Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
  • Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp5,000,000 - Rp5,500,000 per bulan

  • Able to manage large quantity food production.

  • Monitor & record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
  • Provide support  to kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation,  and sanitation.
  • Train new kitchen employees to meet kitchen standards.
  • Create schedules for kitchen employees and evaluate their performance.
  • Adhere  to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
  • Teamwork-oriented  with outstanding leadership abilities.
  • Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluently in English Speaking is advantage
  • Understanding in HACCP Food Safety
