Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured), sales value, and margin for all plants to ensure accuracy and profitability.
  • Manage PR approval process (excluding RM, PM, and SM), ensuring proper cost center and G/L account validation.
  • Monitor inventory and spare part stock, identify slow-moving items, and coordinate follow-up actions with Operations, Commercial, and Engineering.
  • Review and update standard product prices (WIP & FG) in SAP, particularly for materials impacted by cost fluctuations.
  • Conduct cost estimation and margin analysis when raw material prices change, providing recommendations to management.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance control, efficiency, and risk mitigation across departments.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Operation, Commercial, R&D, and other divisions to align financial insights with operational strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Internal Audit, Finance Control, or Cost Analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry environment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP systems, costing flow, and risk-based audit principles.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments.
  • High attention to detail, proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Physically fit and willing to work mobile (within plants and field operations).
  • Willing to be placed in Cibitung.
