Qualification :

Candidate must be posses at least a S1 at all major
Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Project and Marketing in the field of Wood working and Housing Interior
Responsible, good communicator, familiar with Projects and Marketing in the field of Woodworking and Housing Interior
Fluent in English, better in Japanese
Domiciled in Jabodetabek

Job Description :

Lead and supervise projects and sales areas, as well as assigned teams, to effectively achieve sales and profitability targets.
Enhance the Company's sales and brand image by implementing structured processes to meet organizational objectives.
Build on the existing supply chain strategy and develop this in relation to customer requirements
Review, define, improve and standardize supply chain management protocols, standards, practices, systems and procedures in order to achieve a culture of integrated planning, customer order fulfilment, return handling and distribution / logistics / warehousing arrangements
Implement effective processes and planning to ensure accurate planning, capacity utilization, lead time reduction, and purchasing planning
Lead initiatives to accelerate the achievement of cost and time reductions while improving quality and meeting customer requirements
And other matters related to promotional and sales work in the woodworking sector.
