Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Expand their business and partnership to E-wallet (payment gateway) and E-commerce.
  • Proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships across industries, not limited to banking or financial services.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

  • Strong network in fintech, banking, e-commerce, telco, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
  • Experience in startup or tech-driven companies is a plus.

Job Description

  • Lead and scale the Business Development team, setting strategic direction and performance targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to establish high-impact partnerships across relevant sectors.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle—from prospecting and negotiation to execution and long-term relationship management.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, operations, and data teams to align partnership goals with business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives for business growth, market expansion, and product enablement.
  • Provide strategic market insights by analyzing trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
  • Represent in external meetings, industry events, and high-level partner engagements.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
