Qualification:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor in professional beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare (e.g., skincare, aesthetic devices, salon/clinic equipment).

· Strong understanding of professional B2B markets, including key Pareto areas and outlet mapping in Indonesia.

· Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive a high-performing sales team.

· Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation abilities.

· Fluent in English and proficient in computer-based reporting tools.

· Willing to travel for business trips, events, and client visits as required.

· Willing to be placed at Beauty World Head Office in Central Jakarta.

Job Description:

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand business within the professional (non-retail) beauty and healthcare segments.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to guide proactive business actions.

Channel & Territory Management

  • Design and execute distribution and partnership plans for professional customers and key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, doctors, and distributors.
  • Monitor territory performance and implement corrective measures to ensure consistent sales growth.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Supervisors and field teams to perform at their highest potential.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, market visits, and training to strengthen sales capability and customer engagement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the sales organization.

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure timely reporting and execution of key responsibilities aligned with company schedules and objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business development teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
