Bachelor's degree in any major
Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities
Proficient in English and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Manage office facilities, utilities, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies, equipment, and company assets
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs or maintenance
Assist in administrative duties related to building management and company events
